Q1: What is a corporate lunchtime talk?
A1: A corporate lunchtime talk is a learning session that takes place over lunch.
Q2: What happens during the lunch and learn talk?
A2: Participants will learn useful tips on a topic that is pre-chosen by HR during the lunch talk.
For example, if it is a personal grooming talk, tips on how to choose the right dress styles will be shared.

Q3: Is there any hands-on activity during the lunchtime talk?
A3: Yes definitely. At the lunchtime, there will be one or two activities weaved into the talk topics. These can range from group discussions to quizzes to demos.
We want our participants to internalize the learning points quickly and the best way to do this is through hands-on practice.
Q4: Will lunch be provided during the lunch and learn?
A4: Yes, lunch is provided by the HR department of the company or organization which arranges for the lunch talk.
Lunch comes in the form of a bento set or buffet lunch. You can have your lunch while you learn.
Q5: How long is a lunch and learn program?
A5: Most of our lunch and learn programs are 60 minutes (1 hour) or 90 minutes (1.5 hours). Some companies would want a longer lunch talk that is 120 minutes (2 hours).
Q6: How many people can attend the lunchtime talk?
A6: It depends on the seating capacity of the room. Our lunchtime talks have seen crowds of between 20 to 60 each time.
Q7: What are the logistics requirement for a corporate lunchtime talk?
A7: We will require a projector and a HDMI / VGA cable.
Preferred seating arrangement will be theatre style (if it’s in a training room) or boardroom style (if it’s in the meeting room).
Q8: Besides lunch and learn training, do you do talks at other times of the day?
A8: Yes, we have also done tea time talks and dinner talks.
Tea time talks are normally held between 3pm to 5pm and dinner talks are scheduled after office hours.
